Dan DeWaal has been with Galapagos Marketing since it first opened its doors. Before joining Galapagos, Dan worked for a Top Ten accounting and consulting firm in the Community Bank Marketing Practice. He studied at Hope College where he earned his B.A. in Economics and Management.

Dan specializes in strategy development, planning, and execution for his clients. His expertise spans a wide range of projects including: product and service marketing campaigns; merger and acquisition communication programs; marketing automation; website redesign; market opportunity analysis; brand awareness and market research; customer expansion programs; acquisition programs; retention strategies; onboarding strategies.

Dan loves the outdoors – camping, hiking, kayaking, and especially biking. Road, mountain, or gravel, chances are you’ll find Dan on one of his bikes on the weekends or on a midweek pick-me-up ride.
